"T3D - Of Women, Of Culture, Of Neighborhoods" is the distributed festival by Liberipensatori Paul Valéry, with artistic direction by Stefania Rosso, winner of the "Torino-Che spettacolo dal Vivo 2025" funding call.
The project, led by Liberipensatori Paul Valéry together with partners Santibriganti Teatro and Outdoor Arts Italia, explores the complexity of female experience in its intersection with territory and inhabited spaces of District 3 in Turin. From September to November, T3D offers diverse programming ranging from live performance to cultural dissemination, from artistic residencies to metropolitan incursions, with the objective of activating territorial resources and supporting the professionalization of new artistic generations.
Our involvement in the project perfectly reflects our mission: supporting artistic projects deeply rooted in territorial contexts while simultaneously contributing to expanding the scope of action through sharing national and international good practices. T3D concretely responds to social, cultural and territorial needs that emerged in District 3, an urban area characterized by great human biodiversity, socio-economic fragility and partial disconnection between cultural spaces and active citizenship.
Outdoor Arts Italia's participation in T3D is structured in three complementary moments:
Community Activation Seminar
A training moment dedicated to deepening community engagement methodologies through performing arts. The seminar offers practical tools for operators, artists and administrators interested in developing participatory cultural projects.

Artistic programming
Two shows that are part of the project festival, both scheduled for October 18 in Turin:
Perspectiva - seeing through - Azioni Fuori Posto
- Where: Via Dante di Nanni (pedestrian area)
- When: 10:30 AM
- What: A performance that invites the audience to modify their point of view on urban space through artistic devices that reveal new perspectives.
Street Beatles - PEM Habitat Teatrali Company
- Where: Anfiteatro Giardini Francesco Salerno (Via Isonzo 129)
- When: 12:00 PM
- What: A show that addresses the paradox of the absurd with shrewd irony, inspired by humorous literature and British musical tradition. Three cockroach protagonists sing Beatles arrangements in a grotesque and poetic tribute to peace culture.
The value of territory in our vision
Participation in "T3D - Of Women, Of Culture, Of Neighborhoods" confirms our commitment to valorizing projects that demonstrate how performing arts in public spaces can be catalysts for social and cultural transformation. The project unites, welcomes, involves and nourishes the nodes of creative energy that animate the streets of District 3, but addresses the entire city and anyone who wants to participate.
Each territory has its specificities, but methodologies and experiences can travel, mutually enrich each other and generate new possibilities for intervention. T3D represents a virtuous example of how culture can become a lever for local development, giving voice to the multiple experiences of female identity and creating collaboration networks between artists, institutions and communities that extend beyond territorial boundaries.
The initiative is part of the program of the distributed festival that won the "Torino-Che spettacolo dal Vivo 2025" funding call and is also an action within the cultural dissemination program supported by the Piedmont Region.
