About us
Outdoor Arts Italia ETS (formed from the transformation of FNAS - the National Federation of Street Arts) is the national network dedicated to performing arts in public spaces. We are the continuation of nearly thirty years of experience shared by artists, companies, programmers and cultural operators. We work, in Italy and abroad, to connect, support and grow theater, music, circus, dance and every performing art that develops languages for public spaces.
We believe in arts that meet people where they live, transforming squares, streets, and urban spaces into places of accessible, participatory and context-aware culture.
Our mission is to generate concrete opportunities for the sector. How? Through capacity building and professionalization, promotion and circulation, international networks, project support and political action both for the professional sector (aimed at improving conditions and recognition of work) and in the area of freedom of expression (aimed at defending and expanding it).
