The module provides essential skills on fundamental legal and safety aspects for operating professionally in the performing and outdoor arts sector, an evolving field that requires new professional expertise. It explores entertainment legislation and the relevant regulatory framework. The course addresses contracts and copyright, providing tools for legal protection and the management of professional relationships. A crucial focus is placed on safety regulations for events, vital knowledge for carrying out performances and projects in public spaces. The objective is to equip cultural operators with the necessary specialized technical skills to ensure the compliance and safety of their initiatives, significantly accelerating their professionalization.
