 at the Teatro Carcano in Corso di Porta Romana\, Milan. The conference is 
 organized by Outdoor Arts Italia in collaboration with Municipality 1 of M
 ilan and Teatro Carcano. This year\, the event will have an international 
 scope. It will discuss the international touring of artists and companies\
 , the use of public spaces in Italy and Europe\, and the role of street pe
 rformance in the production and distribution of the cultural industry in E
 urope. The program\, currently under construction\, will feature the parti
 cipation of Italian and foreign artists\, companies\, politicians\, organi
 zers\, and operators of performing arts in public spaces. Ample space will
  naturally also be given to street art. The proposed regulatory changes in
  Milan\, Genoa\, and Rome will be discussed with those directly involved.
