 rganized by Outdoor Arts Italia in collaboration with Municipality 1 of Mi
 lan and Teatro Carcano. This year\, the event will have an international s
 cope. It will discuss the international touring of artists and companies\,
  the use of public spaces in Italy and Europe\, and the role of street per
 formance in the production and distribution of the cultural industry in Eu
 rope. The program\, currently under construction\, will feature the partic
 ipation of Italian and foreign artists\, companies\, politicians\, organiz
 ers\, and operators of performing arts in public spaces. Ample space will 
 naturally also be given to street art. The proposed regulatory changes in 
 Milan\, Genoa\, and Rome will be discussed with those directly involved. S
